The Role: Mechanical Value Engineer. 
 
Overview: Responsible for any modifications in designs or processes that intend to attain a reduction in product cost without sacrificing other criteria like quality, reliability, safety and environment.

What You Will Do

• Perform Product Cost Analysis and Specifications Analysis on Mechanical components. 
• Execute component and unit-level evaluation of Mechanical component. 
• Participate in Idea generation activities such as Supplier Workshops, Component Analysis and SKU Teardown Analysis with the Business Unit. 
• Collaborate with LoB on design, specifications, and qualification approval. 
• Collaborate with Procurement, Buyer, Planner and MCO for project execution.

Required Skills and Abilities

Who would be successful?

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. 
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, Creo, Coreldraw, Autocad and SolidWorks. 
• Familiar with manufacturing and supply chain process. 
• Familiar with Mechanical components such as packaging, hardware, metals and plastics.

Willing to work in Rosario, Cavite. 
 
Working arrangements: Full onsite, 5x a week.
