Finance and Accounting Management Trainee - Fresh Graduates

The Programme

About the program: 
 
SEAOIL Philippines’ MT Program is broken down into 3 phases: 
  
Phase I: 
 
Generic Track - This is the period when Management Trainees are rotated/immersed in different departments, gaining knowledge on how specific functions and processes are performed 
  
Phase II: 
 
Specific Track - During this period, the Management Trainees slowly transition to participating in key projects and activities for a specific department (based on the identified track during the screening/hiring process). 
 
Phase III:

Pre-Deployment Track - This last phase is when a specific role within the department is identified for the Management Trainee, leading to the assignment of focused/targeted tasks and development activities to him/her. (must have accompanying visuals)

What You Will Do

• Attending structured developmental activities (e.g., on-site / virtual classroom sessions, on-site visits, job shadowing, immersion, coaching/mentoring, etc.). 
• Development and/or evaluation of projects in an individual or group setting. 
• Deal with different types of stakeholders (fellow management trainees, work buddies, role owners, resource persons, mentors, and business leaders). 
• Perform data gathering, analysis, and presentation/reporting to aid in the review of performance outcomes.

Required Skills and Abilities

This program is open for:

• Graduating students of Accountancy or those with less than 1 year of employment experience.

• Willing to work and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
