HR Assistant - Talent Management & Engagement - SB FINANCE

The Programme

As HR Assistant - Talent Management and Engagement, you will be responsible for providing talent management and engagement support.

What You Will Do

• Works collaboratively with the Talent Management & Engagement Lead and HR Head to design and develop HR programs (e.g., monthly engagement activities, team building games and etc.) 
• Handle engagement activities that will be delegated by the TM & E Lead. 
• Ensure constant engagement initiatives are planned and well executed. 
• Coordinate with employees and management for engagement related tasks. As well as with vendors for task related activities. 
• Assists the TM & E lead and HR team with social media posts. Creating content and providing topics that can be shared by the HR team. 
• Supports with the disseminating of all HR non-recruitment announcements. 
• Aids TM & E Lead on use of performance management system tools and additional administrative tasks related to talent management initiatives. 
• Help in other HR functions from time to time.

Required Skills and Abilities

• A graduate of bachelor's degree in any Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related field. 
• At least 6 months' experience in Recruitment.  
• FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply. 
• Good English communication skills, both oral and written. 
• Strong work ethics - tenacious, with sense of urgency. 
• Organized and good at time management. 
• Can work independently and in teams. 
• Good problem-solving ability. 
• Good attention to details.
