Management Trainee - Financial Markets - Finance/Economics/Business

The Programme

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training combined with lectures in the Treasury function as well as the other related support functions: Treasury Operations, Financial Control, and Risk Management.  
 
You will be given an opportunity to sit at the different desks and perform duties that will allow you to learn the specific functions and practices of the different units over the 6-month period.

Required Skills and Abilities

• With Master's Degree in Finance, Treasury, Marketing, or any related field.  
• Non-MBA graduates are also welcome to apply provided that: 
  
  • Courses taken are in the fields of Engineering, Math, Economics, or Business.  
  • With high academic performance – Dean’s Lister or with Latin Honors. 
• Finance background preferred but not mandatory. 
• Assertive, confident, and able to grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently. 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Willing to work onsite
