Product Support Analyst - Marketing - Fresh Graduates

The Programme

As a Product Support Analyst, you are responsible for assisting in strategy formulation activities geared towards retail CASA portfolio growth and profitability and assist in the development and execution of various initiatives/ campaigns designed for New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Business (ETB) customers and segment-based strategies 
 
How you'll contribute

  • Business performance management and monitoring. 
  • Assists in the monitoring of campaigns and statistical reports. 
  • Assists in the coordination with various bank units (such as the Analytics team, Operations, etc.) in terms of report requirements and generation per campaign/ initiative. 
  • Help analyze various client segments, portfolios, and products and be able to recommend value-adding ideas to make campaigns and initiatives more effective. 
  • Assist in the documentation, testing, and review of campaign procedures and results. 
  • Implement marketing plan calendar. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various campaign initiatives that will boost the penetration and profitability of the
  • Retail CASA product. 
  • Help in the coordination with various Bank units to ensure all initiatives planned are ready for execution. 
  • Help in the cascading of campaign updates to the relevant units such as BBOG to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aligned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business preferred. 
  • At least less than 1 year of marketing experience in banking, FI, insurance, etc. 
  • OR at least 1-2 years of marketing experience in FMCG, telco, or e-commerce. 
  • Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
