Systems Analyst - Fresh Graduate

The Programme

As a Systems Analyst, you are responsible for handling application production support and innovation initiatives.  
 
Assist in coding programs for production support that will automate manual BAU processes to help the team and business to have faster TAT in doing BAUs. 
 
How you'll contribute:

• Perform research to provide permanent solutions for recurring issues and implement new technologies that will benefit the business. 
• Document system design and present for walkthrough to Solutions Delivery platform owner as needed, to be used as reference. 
• Code programs for PROD support are based on coordination with Solutions Delivery platform owners and systems development methodology to support the production team in creating solutions for the requesting business unit. 
• Develop application enhancement and innovation project plans to ensure its smooth operation and implementation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or any related courses. 
• Less than 1 year of experience. 
• Knowledgeable in any of the following technologies: .NET C#, VB. NET, Java, PHP, Python, JavaScript, CSS, HTML. 
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Analytical and detail oriented. Good interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Fast learner and has good working habits.
