Talent Management Assistant - HR/Psychology

The Programme

As a Talent Management Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for programs and functions of the Talent Management Department.  
 
How you'll contribute

• Configure employee surveys using Glint. 
• Identify data related to the main functions of the Talent Management Department then collect and consolidate the data. 
• Generate reports to support business decision making. 
• Maintain Talent Management databases to ensure data availability, accessibility and accuracy. 
• Provide administrative support for the requirements of the Division.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Human Resources/Psychology. 
• Preferably with no more than 3 years of any work experience. 
• Intermediate to Advanced level of understanding and practice of MS Office, especially Excel. 
• Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company. 
• Knowledge of methodologies, technologies, and processes used to collect, analyze and utilize employee data. 
• Knowledge of human resources (HR) policies, operational processes and considerations; ability to implement HR related tasks, processes, and projects to ensure that day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly.
