Test PMO Analyst - IT - Fresh Graduates

The Programme

As a Test Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst, you will be responsible for providing management reports, establishing guidelines, and a governance framework. You will ensure that projects and programs are run in a repeatable, standardized way.

You will also be responsible for providing information and being the single source of the truth. Information should be relevant and accurate to support effective decision-making, and provided to people in a way they can understand.  
 
You will also ensure Monitoring and Control of Project Execution Performance. 
 
How you'll contribute

• Gathering data about project progress and producing reports and presentation. 
• Developing standards and processes. 
• Facilitate governance - the use of those standards and processes. 
• Prepare status reporting, service management reporting, metrics reporting and analysis to the management. 
• Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects as part of the work intake process. 
• Work on continuous improvement of processes, develop new processes or enhance existing processes including maintenance plans, procedural documentation and custom tools.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Accounting, Industrial / Management Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or any related course. 
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience. 
• Able to create presentations using good presentation techniques and data-driven 
• Knowledge in Report Generation and Tools – Microsoft O365, Power BI; Data analysis and metric reporting. 
• Output-oriented.
