The Role: Commercial Operations Specialist. 
 
The Team:  
 
The commercial operations team develops and executes fact-based reporting, analysis and analytical models used to enhance decision-making across the commercial team.  
 
They support the organization with insights and predictive models used to produce improved results.

In partnership with the Sales Leadership team, this role helps develop knowledge, skills, and efficiency in the Commercial Teams. It helps shape best-in-class reporting and analytics to uncover new revenue opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Help the analysts on day-to-day administrative job (e.g. downloading reports, clean up ship-to company data, run Alteryx to prepare data for MTD and commissions report) 
• Handle commercial ops cases in Salesforce to answer queries from sales and other internal stake holders. 
• Maintain Homogenized Company cleanup in territory mapping, Homogenized Company list and Salesforce system to ensure all data are in sync. 
• Clean up data on sales joiner and leavers, and sales territory.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in I.T., Computer Science or Business preferred. 
• Prior experience as an analyst (1-2 years of experience or fresh graduate is also welcomed). 
• Salesforce, Excel (Require strong excel skills like VLOOKUP, creating pivot, IF statements). 
• Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations. 
• Analytical thinker. 
• Curiosity. 
• Strong communicator. 
• Collaborative.
