HR Assistant/Generalist - Recruitment - Project-Based

The HR Assistant will be exposed to the different facets of Human Resources such as: 
 
Recruitment

• Provide support in candidate screening using different job platforms. 
• Schedule interviews and assessments as part of hiring process. 
• Provide hiring updates during recruitment team meetings.

Compensation and Benefits

• Schedule and discuss requirements for newly hired employees. 
• Monitor and follow up requirements status in Workday.

Learning and Development

• Provide support in employee learning and development events such as creating templates for announcements using available design tools.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Familiar with Microsoft presentation and collaborative tools such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Good written and oral communication skills. 
• Can work individually and collaboratively. 
• Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City (hybrid).

Knowledge of photo editing and/or video editing.
