The Programme

What is the Ufresh Program?

A program for fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience that gives them work experience that equips them with skills for a full-time opportunity in Unilever.

Ufresh roles are under a 6 to 12 months contract-based role that aims to strengthen bright young talent with the brilliant basics of personal and work skills.  
 
This program will equip them to flourish and have a successful career in their chosen field.

What You Will Do

• Total Budget Management of the assigned customer/account. 
• Alignment on all budgets with Channels and Customer Business Manager and field sales team. 
• Alignment with the sales team on Budgets that can be negotiated per activity and per call day 
• Internal Audit on budgets (within and on top). 
• Cross Functional alignment to ensure no TTS Drift and overcharging on Total customer Budgets (AR, O2C, CSP and Channels). 
• AR Review – Ensure no hanging balances greater than 60 days per month. Following Unilever cutoff timings. 
• Reporting to the total Customer Business Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance/Accounting or related courses. 
• With less than 2 years of experience in Finance related roles. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Must be amenable for a 12-month contract-based role. 
• Must be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindset. 
• Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills. 
• Must be action and detail oriented.
