Customer Development Operations Executive -Ufresh- Customer Service

What You Will Do

Store Operations:

• Conduct trade visit in assigned MT doors and ensure execution of availability, visibility and activations guidelines in store. 
• Look for opportunities to improve store execution. 
• Conduct competitor check in store and report to KCMs and Trade Marketing. 
• Compile all insights and next steps from store visit and report to KCM for needed action. 
• Monitor daily sales update for total MT and follow up balance to sell per district.

Special Projects:

• Act as store operations lead for total MT and spot opportunities to improve all ways of working. 
• Consolidate VisMin MT store field audit report to spot growth opportunities.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be a fresh graduate or up to a maximum of 2 years of work experience in a relevant field (Sales/Customer Development). 
• Must be willing to do field work. 
• With experience in project management. 
• Must be open for an initial fixed-term contract of 6 months (with possibility of absorption).
