SHE Coordinator -Ufresh- Health - Fixed Term Contract

The Programme

We're looking for fresh graduates and individuals with a maximum of 2 years' work experience to join our team and work on impactful projects.

What You Will Do

• Updating, distributing, collecting, and storing all records and procedures pertinent to plant Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) operations. 
• Collecting and monitoring of production SHE data (i.e., SHEPAR standards and Envi KPIs) 
• Assisting in the preparations made for any internal or external audit. 
• Assisting in conducting Trainings on SHE programs to relevant personnel. 
• Facilitating risk assessments with teams. 
• Assisting Safety Manager in all activities related to ensuring the safety of everyone in the factory.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Must be a fresh graduate or up to a maximum of 2 years of work experience. 
• Strong attention to detail regarding documentation, hazard identification, risk assessments, audits. 
• Must be open for an initial fixed-term contract of 6 months. 
• Must be willing to be assigned in Manggahan, Pasig City.
