The Role:
Expand your technology stack and explore internship opportunities with the different teams below:
Administration Team:
- Provide general coordination for logistics and concerns for training and meetings.
- Producing documentation and deliverables relevant to the different project stakeholders.
- Creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on various projects and deliverables.
- Supports the team on engagement activities.
- Facilitate finance-related requests for the team.
Corporate Finance Team:
- Download bank statements on a daily basis.
- Process receipt posting and application in Oracle.
- Research and resolve unapplied payments.
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash posting.
- Work on UK remittance advice tasks.
- Handle local finance/ counterparts inquiries via email.
Excellence, Risk and Compliance Team:
- Support and assist the Excellence programs and Quality initiatives.
- Assist in logistics preparations of program rollouts in the areas of Quality, Risk and Compliance.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials outlined in the annual QRC activities.
Human Resources Team:
- Process, check, and approve benefit claims of colleagues.
- Gather new hire requirements.
- Assist with the new hire orientation and HR engagement.
- Create HR advisory collaterals and other communication materials.
Internal Communications Team:
- Work with Communications Lead on internal communications projects and campaigns (strategy development to planning, implementation, and measurement).
- Develop content and multimedia in various formats (e-mails, posters, banners, business reports, infographics, videos, etc.).
- Co-manage the local intranet site and tracks site usage and news readership.
Operational Excellence Team:
- Create presentation materials.
- Update the SharePoint site.
- Draft mailers and validate sets of data.
- Learn new tools and processes.
- Assist in process documentation and process improvements.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as taking down minutes and facilitating events.
- Support the team in other project-based tasks.
Organizational Excellence Team:
- Manage ongoing Learning and Development (L&D) programs and initiatives.
- Create presentation materials and draft mailers.
- Support events and training sessions.
- Assist in process documentation and process improvements.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as taking down minutes and facilitating events.
Retirement Team:
- Validate and reconcile data.
- Create test cases in Excel to match liability calculations.
- Provide support for process improvement projects and initiatives.
Sales Operations Team:
- Coordinate with workstream contacts for discussions on process updates.
- Organize and create a project plan for completion of each process.
- Support other Work & Rewards Sales Operations initiatives and projects.
Software Delivery Team:
- Create and process data requests received from within the organization.
- Coordinate and work together with the team members on data investigation.
- Create appropriate documentation to support effective monitoring.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Undergraduate students pursuing a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Multimedia Arts, or any related field with an excellent academic background.
- Willing to be a part of a Full-Time Internship Program ranging from 3-6 months.
- Extensive knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking.
- Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all their responsibilities.
- Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge.
