The Programme

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern that will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the Information Technology (IT), technical services to business unit related applications, software, and hardware. \xa0
\xa0
Performs service desk functions to ensure efficient and effective delivery of IT services including deployment of IT solutions, complies to corporate standards, applying the right use of IT tools, continuing education of users, ensuring proper monitoring and control of the IT assets (hardware and application/software licenses).

What You Will Do

Provides basic support and troubleshooting, such as password resets, account unlock etc.\xa0
Installing and maintaining computer systems including software and hardware on desktops and laptops.\xa0
Resolving internet and network access issues (both wired and wireless).\xa0
Providing network printer support, meeting with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed/requested.\xa0
Providing basic knowledge in active directory.\xa0
Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with key leaders and staff across the organization.\xa0
Work closely with business units to fully understand their requirements.

Required Skills and Abilities

Knowledge Of Computer Hardware/Software, Network, and General PC Usage.\xa0
Knowledge with Microsoft Office Application such as outlook, OneDrive etc.\xa0
Understanding of latest version of Windows operating system.\xa0
Basic knowledge in Active Directory, MS exchange/O365 admin.

Qualifications:

Must have the ability to work under immense pressure to meet strict deadlines and goals.\xa0
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees.\xa0
Extensive PC hardware experience and problem-solving skills (able to build, diagnose, and repair computers).\xa0
Able to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.\xa0
Proven progression within previous roles through strong desire to learn.
